As Head of Design at Satago, I spearheaded a comprehensive brand redesign to elevate the desktop platform and client service portal (CSP) for internal users and invoice management. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, I enhanced the platform’s invoice and funding systems to deliver a seamless experience. I rearchitected the user journey, enabling businesses to access funding effortlessly and maintain consistent cashflow. This was complemented by a complete brand and website overhaul, positioning Satago as a leading FinTech solution for small businesses to manage and fund their cashflow. To drive growth, I launched a video-first testimonial initiative featuring loyal customers, which sparked a surge in user acquisition through referrals. Additionally, I expanded the design team and established user research processes to validate all feature releases.
