As Design Director for Lebara’s mobile top-up experience, I reimagined the entire user journey across segments to streamline payments, rebranded UI components, and delivered a no-frills solution aligned with the brand ethos. The end-to-end redesign reduced top-up time to under 3 minutes, boosting conversion rates for both new and loyal users. I also built a scalable design system with bold, straight-forward functional UI, empowering designers to replicate the experience efficiently while maintaining brand design cohesion.
