I led end-to-end product design and branding for Chia and Co's global launch, positioning it as a healthy, on-the-go solution for modern lifestyles. The app streamlined purchases while integrating recipes, rewards, and referral systems at its core - supported by an in-app growth strategy. I delivered a robust design system to ensure visual cohesion across the experience and led rigorous user testing that informed key product initiatives. This included connecting in-store experiences to the app via QR codes. The launch ultimately cemented Chia and Co as the market leader in chia seeds, driving significant growth.
