I’ve designed for numerous health and beauty brands, including Neutrogena, Avon, Coty, Carefree, P&G, and most recently, Dermatica. My work for Dermatica involved a short-term skin personalisation project embedded across various channels, such as social media and marketplaces. I streamlined the experience into a seamless, sub-two-minute flow while enhancing visual communications and refining the skin personalisation test design. The successfully implemented solution boosted Dermatica’s customer onboarding and increased sales by up to 10% during the campaign.
